An ancient variety reborn
A rare alpine grape brought back to life and vinified in purity.

Made from Bian Ver grapes, Verbian is an ancient alpine white grape once on the verge of extinction. We proudly were among the first to replant it, nurturing it back to life and vinifying it in purity to honor local tradition. Cultivated on alluvial and morainic soils near the Pellice stream, this wine expresses altitude, heritage, and vibrant freshness.

We started planting Bian Ver back in 2010, when we couldn’t even call it by name.
So we flipped it — Verbian. A way to say what it was, even before it made it into the official register. Today, we grow three hectares of Bian Ver, and we still believe in this grape like we did at the beginning. A piece of alpine history we’re proud to carry forward.
A rare alpine grape brought back to life and vinified in purity.
Vibrant acidity and minerality from alluvial, stony soils.
A wine that carries the knowledge of generations and the voice of the land.
Certificato biologico e coltivato in modo sostenibile.
