PINEROLESE DOC ROSÉ

Rubellus is our way of honoring how wine used to be made. It comes from one of our oldest vineyards, where multiple varieties grow side by side, just as they did in the past. We’ve kept the multivarietal spirit, but refined the techniques, creating a fresh, delicate, and vibrant rosato that’s easy to love.

Rubellus comes from one of our most historic plots — over 30 years old — where the blend of varieties was once a way to protect the harvest from frost and ensure balance in every vintage. We’ve kept that legacy alive, making a rosato that’s humble in spirit, but bright on the palate.

Rubellus

Rubellus è un rosato composto da più varietà, frutto di uno dei nostri vigneti storici, in cui le diverse uve rosse vengono raccolte insieme, proprio come si faceva una volta. Affinato in acciaio, presenta note di fragola, mora e rosa, sostenute da una fresca acidità e da un limpido carattere minerale. È certificato biologico e coltivato in modo sostenibile.
