Stone-aged sweetness
Aged in a tank carved from local Luserna stone — rare and radiant.

This is a wine born from a shared dream: Mauro loved bubbles and Giorgio loved the taste of raisin grapes. Passi di Giò is dedicated to him — Giorgio Gasca — who could never see this project come to life. Made from the grapes of an almost forgotten native grape variety of the Pinerolese, this wine is sweet but never heavy; bright but layered. A wine as delicate as a memory, and as persistent as friendship.

Passi di Giò means many things. It speaks of the characteristic flavor of naturally raisined grapes — the style, the sweetness, the time. But it also speaks of Giorgio. His name, his steps. He dreamed this wine before it existed, imagining its golden glow and quiet intensity. He never got to see it, but we walk this path with him still. Each bottle carries what he left behind: an idea, a friendship, a promise kept in the shape of wine.

Warm, intense, but always fresh — thanks to balanced acidity and aromatic lift.
Dedicated to Giorgio Gasca, and the dream he left behind.
