PARTIALLY FERMENTED MUST

A sparkling wine, resulting from the partial fermentation of the must just like Moscato, but distinguished from it by a lower sugar content and a slightly higher alcohol content. Made from an aromatic local variety and La Musca Bianca ‘d Lissart is a lightly sparkling wine that adds freshness and liveliness to the table: a light wine with mountain roots, perfect when served icy to pair with aperitifs and desserts, without ever being overly sweet.

THE WHITE FLY

We called it La Musca Bianca because that’s exactly what it is — a white fly, as we say in Italian: something rare, unexpected, almost never seen. In the Pinerolese, this type of wine didn’t exist. So we created it. And to root it in the place where the vines grow, we added ‘d Lissart, the local name for the Assarti area of Barge. A name that means both rarity and belonging. A little new, a little old. Entirely ours.

La Musca Bianca D’Lissart

Un bianco leggermente frizzante e a bassa gradazione alcolica, ottenuto da una varietà aromatica e fermentato in vasca di pietra. Fresco e vivace, con un'aromaticità vibrante e un finale pulito. È perfetto per brindisi festosi o per abbinamenti non convenzionali, con una dolcezza che sa esaltare gli altri sapori senza sovrastarli. È certificato biologico e ottenuto da un'agricoltura sostenibile.
