Grace and structure
Fine tannins, bright red fruit, a dry, elegant finish.

Nebbiolo is the queen of Piedmontese reds — and El Dolfo is our humble tribute. Grown in Barge, where clay and calm light give finesse, this Nebbiolo ripens gently, preserving its fine aromas and taut structure. It’s a wine that knows restraint, but never lacks expression.

El Dolfo was Elisa’s grandfather — Adolfo by name, El Dolfo in local dialect. He worked the vineyard long before we did, with steady hands and quiet pride. This wine grows where he once did, in the same clay soils, under the same sky. We gave it his name not just to remember him, but to carry his memory and passion forward.
