This wine blends the sheer elegance of the Eli Pas Dosé wine with a pinch of sugar, essential to turn it into a brut. Eli Brut Classic Method is an organic sparkling wine that we leave resting on its lees for at least 40 months, deep in the talc mines. A seamless blend of native and international grape varieties, revealing itself in the delicate and fresh sensation that will pamper your mouth.
Of a straw yellow color, it offers a fine and creamy foam. . It exudes yeast and bread crust aromas, together with ripe fruit and honey scents. A balanced wine, where residual sugar softens acidity.
Ideal as an apéritif served with appetizers, it also pairs beautifully with fish and shellfish dishes.

The classic method Eli Brut Rosé is an organic sparkling wine that rests on its lees for at least 30 months, inside the talc mines. Made using the quintessential French red grape variety, it becomes expression of our local identity: mineral and harmonious.
Characterized by a pale rosé color and orange reflections, it produces a fine and persistent effervescence and offers hints of red fruits on the nose. Gifted with a fine freshness, it will leave any tongue asking for another sip.
An ideal pre-dinner wine to serve with cold cuts, pairing well with shellfish and fish dishes or soups too.

An organic classic method wine we have intentionally left behind, nestled in the bosom of the mountain, in order to unlock its full potential and bring out its sensory properties. An extremely elegant wine for true wine lovers.
Yeast and bread crust aromas on the nose, with honey undertones and fruit notes typical of the used vine varieties. It feels fresh in the mouth, with good acidity and a fine, persistent perlage.
Good to serve with elaborate fish dishes.
