Explore the Talc Mine Ecomuseum in Val Germanasca, in the heart of the Alps. You’ll enter two different galleries: Galleria Gianna on foot and Galleria Paola by mine train, each with its own way of taking you underground. In these spaces, where temperature and silence stay constant year-round, our Metodo Classico wines refine on the lees. The experience ends with a tasting inside the mine itself, surrounded by stone, time, and stillness.
You must park at the P1 parking lot of the Gianna mine, the first one going up from Pinerolo.
Visit L’Autin’s winery in Barge, at the foot of the Monviso, where the decisions that shape each wine are made. Walk through the production spaces, learn about the varieties, the land, and the work behind every bottle. The experience ends with a tasting, the best way to let the wines speak for themselves.
The Talc Mine maintains a constant temperature of around 10°C and high humidity levels throughout the year, regardless of the season outside. We recommend wearing thermal or layered clothing, a heavy jacket, and sturdy hiking boots with ankle support.
Children aged 3 and above are welcome to visit Galleria Paola. Galleria Gianna is open to children aged 8 and above.
