We grow both native and international grape varieties organically.
We reject chemical fertilisers, herbicides or antiparasitic treatments, employing exclusively ancient practices, along with innovative solutions. 

Under the watchful eye of Monviso, our nine hectares of land showcase the environmental heterogeneity of Piedmont.
Between Bibiana and Campiglione, two little towns located near the city of Pinerolo, our main vineyards are grown on alluvial, morainic soil.
This loose, rocky ground, together with a significant temperature variation occurring in the area are two essential components of this terroir.
An ideal growing environment for highly aromatic white grapes,
characterised by excellent acid levels and good minerality.

The cellar is located a few kilometres south, in Barge.
There, the mountain of Monte Bracco creates a milder climate and the soil is more compact, showing a higher presence of clay.
